RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return any unstretched paintings directly from our Website Within 14 days of Receipt.

Unstretched Items purchased directly from our website must be returned to the address provided by customer support for a return to be registered and a full refund made.

Stretched paintings are Non refundable.

Art must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent). In case the right of return is exercised in the aforementioned time frame, the price of the artwork(s) purchased will be reimbursed by us as soon as our team receives it.

Please note that you are liable for the shipping costs incurred for the return of the Parcel.

le d'ARTe will not be held liable in case of loss of one or more items during the return of the Parcel.
