Jackson Pollock is known in drip painting. He’s so good at it that people started calling him “Jack the Dripper.” His most notable creation is Number 5,1984, which also has the world record for the highest price among the paintings sold; it was sold for $104 million.

Piet Mondrian

This Dutch painter is known for coining the term “neoplasticism.” His abstract art is made with straight lines, the three primary colors, and black, white, and grey hues. His most renowned piece is Broadway Boogie Woogie.

Georgia O'Keeffe
